ABSTRACT:  Corynespora sed-acaciae sp. nov. and C. rhododendri sp. nov are found on dead branches of Acacia confusa and Rhododendron hainanense from a tropical forest in Hainan Province of China during 2007. They are described, illustrated, and compared with similar taxa.
